Getting started

Fluorine is an AI-powered workspace for small creative teams and agencies. It replaces Slack, Notion, and Asana with one product — task management, team communication, time tracking, and AI that turns your conversations into tasks automatically. Everything your team needs to collaborate and ship work lives in one place.
Go to fluorine.app and click Try now. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card required. You can invite your team and create your first project in under ten minutes.
Yes — 14 days, full access, no credit card required. After your trial ends you’ll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don’t upgrade, your workspace moves to read-only mode until you do.
Fluorine is available on macOS, Windows, and iOS. Your workspace stays in sync across all devices automatically — changes on mobile appear on desktop instantly and vice versa.

Plans and billing

Fluorine offers three plans, all billed per user:
  • Starter — $12 / user / month
  • Pro — $19 / user / month
  • Business — $32 / user / month

You pay for each active member in your workspace. Add a teammate and a seat is added to your next bill. Remove them and the seat drops at the next billing cycle. No minimums, no hidden fees.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yearly billing locks in a 20% discount versus monthly pricing. The full year is billed upfront. Switch from monthly to yearly any time in Settings → Billing.
Your workspace data is retained for a grace period after cancellation so you can export anything you need. After the grace period, data is permanently deleted from Fluorine’s servers. Contact fluorine.app/contact for specific retention timelines.

Features

The AI Copilot runs across your entire workspace — reading conversations, creating tasks automatically when it detects action items, summarizing threads and meetings, and sending you a daily digest of what needs attention. All plans include core AI features — channel summaries and conversations to tasks. Pro and Business unlock the full AI suite including workflow creation from prompts, the API connector, daily intelligence digests, semantic search, and productivity insights.
Press the microphone button or Cmd+Shift+V and speak naturally — “Remind Alex to send the proposal by Friday, high priority.” Fluorine creates the task, assigns it, and sets the due date automatically. No typing required.
Yes — on the Business plan you can build custom workflows that automate task assignments, approvals, notifications, and more based on triggers like task state changes or due date proximity. See AI Workflows for details.
List, board, and calendar on all plans. Timeline (Gantt-style) on Pro and above. Workload view on Business. Switch between views any time — your preference is saved per project.
Yes — Fluorine integrates with Figma, Google Drive, and other tools your team already uses. The Pro plan’s AI API connector lets you pull live data from external tools directly into your workspace through natural language.

Security and data

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on Fluorine’s servers. Role-based access controls ensure team members only see what they’re supposed to. Pro and Business plans include backup and restore. Business adds audit logs and SSO. See the full security page for details.
You do. Fluorine never sells or shares your workspace data. If you cancel, you can export everything during the grace period before deletion.
