Each plan is priced per user per month. When you invite a new member a seat is added to your billing. When you remove a member that seat is removed at the next billing cycle. Scale up or down any time.

Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yearly billing locks in a 20% discount versus month-to-month pricing. The full year is billed upfront. Switch from monthly to yearly any time in Settings → Billing.
